OFAC. We cannot take part in transactions that violate economic sanctions and trade restrictions, including those implemented by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. For example, we cannot participate in transactions involving designated people, places, or items that originate from those places, as determined by agencies like OFAC. These restrictions generally prohibit transactions involving certain areas (e.g. Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria), or any individual or entity operating or residing in those places or individuals, or entities identified on sanctions lists such as OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals (“SDN”) List or Foreign Sanctions Evaders ("FSE") List. We take steps to ensure compliance with these regulations including, but not limited to: we prohibit access to voxel.shop in certain geographic locations; we reserve the right to request additional information from you, or ask you to take other steps to help us meet compliance obligations; if we suspect you are operating your account from a sanctioned location or are in violation of any economic sanction or trade restriction, we may suspend, terminate or take other action on your account; we prohibit any user from using voxel.shop on behalf of or to benefit any individual or entity subject to sanctions. Our payment partners may independently monitor financial transactions for sanctions compliance and may block transactions as part of their own compliance programs. Economic sanctions and trade restrictions are updated frequently and may result in changes to our services to any individual, entity, country or region as we comply with such sanctions and restrictions.
Premium resources are held to a higher standard. We may reject or remove premium resources that do not meet these expectations in our sole, absolute discretion:
You are responsible for maintaining your resources. The following rules apply:
Archived resources will continue to be available for sale on voxel.shop, as many users operate older Minecraft server versions. For archived resources, we will display the last supported Minecraft version(s) and the date of the last update. Archived resources are provided on an “as is” basis with no warranty of ongoing support or future compatibility. All buyer licenses remain fully protected under the Product EULA.
Submitting an update that passes the review process will automatically remove the resource from archived status and restore normal visibility.
Additionally, all merchants are required to maintain parity with the version of the Product available on the merchant’s personal website or other similar marketplaces. You are strictly prohibited from selling Products on voxel.shop that require downloading additional resources, content, or other material from third-party sites or platforms in order for the user to access the full purchased Product. If we determine you are violating this policy, your Product may be delisted, frozen, or removed from voxel.shop in addition to all other remedies available to Voxel under this Agreement.
We charge the following fees on sales:
Withdrawal / Payout Fees:
Payouts are subject to any holds or reserves. You are solely responsible for any taxes on income you receive from sales.
We operate a sponsor program that provides automatic promotion to algorithmically chosen high-performing resources. Placement in the sponsor program is limited and determined solely by Voxel. Participation in the sponsor program does not constitute any endorsement, partnership, or special association with Voxel, nor does it grant any additional rights or benefits described in the Sponsor Agreement you agree to after selection.
You must respond to all buyer disputes through our internal dispute system within 72 business hours. We reserve the right to issue refunds to buyers in accordance with our Purchase Agreement and to debit your seller wallet or payout balance for the amount of any such refunds.
You shall be solely responsible for all chargeback amounts, chargeback fees, processor fees, fines, penalties, and related liabilities arising from chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Voxel may in some circumstances bear such fees and waive the right, on a one-off basis, to recover or seek to recover any such amounts from your wallet, payout balance, or linked payment method. This provision applies only to chargeback-related amounts and does not limit, waive, or reduce any other indemnification, defense, reimbursement, setoff, or liability obligations you may have under this Agreement or any other agreement with Voxel.
Payouts will only be issued once your available seller balance reaches a minimum of $3.00 USD. Balances below this threshold will remain in your seller account until the threshold is met, unless otherwise required by law or payment processor rules.
If your seller wallet or payout balance becomes negative for any reason, Voxel reserves the right to recover that negative balance from your future sales, current seller balance, or payout balance. If the negative balance is not cured through those means, Voxel may debit the linked payment method or bank account connected to your Stripe Connect account, but only after providing you with at least 7 calendar days’ prior notice by email or through your seller account.
If you do not claim, withdraw, or otherwise access funds in your seller account for an extended period, Voxel may classify those funds as abandoned in accordance with applicable law. Before doing so, Voxel will attempt to notify you using your account email address and any other contact information you have provided. If you fail to respond or update your payout details within the period required by applicable law, Voxel may remit such funds to the appropriate governmental authority as unclaimed property or otherwise handle them as required by law. You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate payout and contact information to avoid loss, delay, or escheatment of funds.
For clarity, Voxel may place temporary holds, reserves, or payout delays where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax compliance, operational risk, or payment processor requirements.
If you publish a premium (paid) Product, you must join our dedicated seller support Discord server. This is a specialized channel for communication between Voxel and our sellers and is not our main public Discord server. While we do not require constant activity, you must respond to requests from Voxel within 72 business hours. We will also attempt to contact you via the email address associated with your account.
Voxel may remove your resources or terminate your seller account at any time with or without notice. Upon termination, you may forfeit any pending or negative payouts at our discretion. Existing buyer licenses will remain valid. We may retain copies of your resources after removal for legal, dispute resolution, or archival purposes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Voxel Game Services LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your resources, any breach of this Agreement, or any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
You also acknowledge that this Agreement and your relationship to Voxel Game Service LLC is that of an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment, or other relationship between you and Voxel Game Service LLC.
This Merchant Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
